Please allow up to 48 hours after receipt of payment for stock items to be shipped.For made to order items, allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please email us at sales@pookypets.com and will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders are shipped with Hermes which takes 3 - 5 days for delivery with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS standard with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification email with details about your shipment are shipped
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Parcels are wrapped in plastic so that your items are well-protected.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to a PO Box address. Please ensure you provide a physical address when you place your order.
Incorrect addresses: Please double check that you have used the correct shipping address. If you need to change your delivery address, get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can amend the order before shipment. We do not offer replacements for items sent to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned as undeliverable or the delivery is refused, we will refund you the order total minus any shipping costs.
